We focus on neighborhood commercial and mixed-use properties in New Orleans’ historic neighborhoods.
Our projects sit along New Orleans’ historic commercial corridors: Magazine, Freret, St. Claude, Dauphine and Dryades. Dryades is where we started in 2012 when we converted an Arts and Crafts cottage into French Truck Coffee’s flagship location. Since then, we have developed six other properties in the area to help create a small pocket where people live, work and play without getting in a car, with coffee, offices and apartments all a short walk apart. That mix is what makes New Orleans such a great place to live, and it is what we are after everywhere we work.

Ten acres on the Mississippi River in Uptown New Orleans, a working maritime yard for more than 150 years, now becoming a riverfront recreational space with a 2.5-acre great lawn, restaurants, a bodega, a tavern and office space.
